IT Infrastructure
IT Infrastructure is responsible for delivering stable, high quality, secure and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions for Rabobank’s businesses. This incorporates design, implementation, security and support of (amongst others) data centre networks, server capacity, data centres, workplace (desktop, laptop, mobile) etc.

Please note that the delivery analyst function occurs in a variety of technical departments where different technical skills and training are required.

Our department
Dealing Room support is a part of Workplace Services EU – Managed Workplace. The team is dedicated to provide desktop and client services. The goal of the team is to provide solutions that meet the customer demand in 1st and 2nd line IT support, software control/distribution and associated support.

Your profile
Knowledge and required experience:

• HBO with 5-10 years experience in a similar sized complex infrastructure environment
• Knowledge and experience with SCRUM, Agile, Lean
• You are resourceful, flexible, analytically strong and, when needed, critical
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• High proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English
• Skills for scripting
• Service minded
• Good understanding of solving incidents and finding solutions

Technical experience
• Administrator knowledge on Windows 7
