Functie omschrijving

Duties and responsibilities:

• 1st and 2nd Line Support during business hours and standby
• Provisioning of network services
• Operational interaction with vendors (updates, exploitation issues)
• Trigger escalation to third line support (Vendor)
• Maintain operational support procedures
• Create problem tickets
• Prepare standard changes
• Maintain CMDB
• Initiate scale-up where needed

Functie eisen

Knowledge and required experience:

• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN Routing and Switching
• Basic understanding of Enterprise Wi-Fi
• Basic understanding of DNS
• Basic understanding of F5 Load balancing
• Basic understanding of Firewall
• Basic HP and Cisco CLI commands
• CCNA certification (or is working on it)

Working conditions:

A shift system is operational between 07:30 -18:00, on call required.
We work in a dynamic, quick changing work environment. The one moment you are helping a customer with Wi-Fi problems and the next moment you are investigating firewall traffic, DNS or loadbalancing to analyse the problems customers have with their applications or services

Selection Criteria: CCNA certification
